Herkömmliche Garantiefälle

Sollte ein Produkt defekt sein und es handelt sich um ein Garantiefall, können Sie sich per Mail an support@safaridistribution.ch wenden. Beschreiben Sie den Defekt so gut wie möglich, falls möglich auch mit einem Bild. Einsendungen von Garantiefällen müssen in jedem Fall vorab per Mail avisiert werden.

WICHTIG: Bitte immer das komplett ausgefüllte RETOURENFORMULAR ausdrucken und beilegen.

Neudefekt (dead on arrival):

Falls ein Produkt bereits bei Erhalt einen Defekt aufweist, gilt für viele Geräte eine sogenannte DOA-Garantie. Dies bedeutet, dass Sie direkt nach Kauf einen Anspruch durch ein neues Gerät haben. Um diese Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen, ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie uns direkt nach Erhalt der Ware das Problem melden. Die jeweiligen DOA-Fristen sind in den Produktedetails enthalten.

Warranties

In case a product is damaged and it can be considered as warranty case, please contact support@safaridistribution.ch. Please describe the damage as exact as possible and enclose a picture, if possible. All warranty cases must be advised  beforehand by mail. When a product is sent in, please wrap it up carefully and also include a description of the damage, as well as the FORM FOR WARRANTIES AND RETURNS.

IMPORTANT: Please always print and include the fully completed FORM FOR WARRANTIES AND RETURNS.

DOA (dead on arrival)

In case a product is already damaged on arrival, most products include a so called DOA warranty. This means that the product will be replaced immediately. This means that you should contact us as fast as possible, right after the receipt of the product. The maximum time limits can be found in the product details.
